  • identification of beneficiary
  • certificate of health insurance or MSA entitlement
  • valid certificate of entitlement to complementary health insurance (complémentaire santé solidaire)
  • situation report less than 3 months old for beneficiaries of a PACEA or CEJ contract

Questions about the TER Solidaire card ?

  • Acceptance is positive when all the requested documents are supplied and valid.

  • Once your application has been accepted, the card is sent directly to your home address by post within 15 days.

  • To be valid, you must affix a photo ID to your solidarity card. When you travel on the TER, you must be able to show your card and your ticket at the Fares.
