A family-run business founded in 1945, the Gaugry cheese dairy upholds the values of passing on authentic know-how.

Located in Brochon, Côte d'Or, and specialized in the production of soft and washed-rind cheeses, Gaugry has given its letters of nobility to Soumaintrain IGP and Epoisses AOP made with raw milk, true emblems of the Burgundy region.
