Fallot Mustard Mill
Founded in 1840, Fallot Mustard Mill has maintained the savoir-faire of the mustard craftsman. Indeed, it perpetuates the slow grinding of seeds on a stone millstone, which avoids overheating and preserves all the gustatory qualities of the mustard paste.
Firmly rooted in Burgundy, the company is still based at its original site, 31 Rue du Faubourg Bretonnière in Beaune.
Moutarderie Fallot invites you to come to Beaune and discover mustard in Burgundy: a "Discovery" tour devoted to the history of their product, and a "Strong Sensations" tour to discover their production workshops.
You can also take advantage of their "Enjoy Fallot" boutique workshop and mustard bar! So don't delay, come and discover the Fallot mustard factory !
(Selection of 2 jars of 25g offered: tarragon, seeds, honey and balsamic vinegar, walnuts, burgundy and Dijon)
