I reserve my bike space
Free reservation of a bike space required From May 1 to November 1, 2026, to guarantee safety and improve comfort on board Hauts-de-France TER trains, free reservation of a bicycle space will be compulsory on certain lines. Reservations are required for all Passengers, including subscribers, to transport unfolded bicycles (adult or Children) on the following lines :
- K12 Paris Nord <> Lille Flandres
- K13 Paris Nord <> Cambrai <> Maubeuge
- K14 Paris Nord <> St-Quentin
- K16 Paris Nord <> Calais K21
- Amiens <> Calais Ville
- K70 Lille <> Dunkerque K71
- Lille <> St-Omer <> Calais city
Remember to reserve your bike space before buying your ticket. Reservations can be made for one-way tickets or round-trip tickets, and can be duplicated up to 4 times. Reservations can be modified or cancelled up to 1 hour before the Train's Departure time.

I am at the platform 2 minutes before departure
To ensure the trains depart on time, please arrive at the platform at least 2 minutes before departure. After this time, access to the trains is no longer guaranteed.
I travel as a citizen
Take care of your personal belongings while traveling. Remember to label your luggage. Before leaving the train, make sure you haven't forgotten anything on board.
Practice good manners: respect other passengers and the equipment. This contributes to your comfort and that of others.
