Tips for Traveling Smoothly with Your Bike

Reservation for your bike, in addition to your train ticket, becomes mandatory for all TER K12, K13, K14, K16, K21, and K70 customers.

  • Your bike must be labeled clearly with your first name, last name, and phone number.
  • Look for the bike pictogram on the train to know where to board and park your bike.
  • Park your bike following the instructions provided on board.
  • Your bike must never obstruct safety or passenger movement.
  • Prefer folding bikes or foldable scooters—they’re ideal for traveling at any time!
  • Prepare your boarding and disembarking to help other passengers.
  • For everyone’s comfort and to increase your chances of traveling with your bike, avoid peak hours (Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM and 4 PM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 5 PM to 8 PM).
  • Always keep an eye on your bike during the trip; handling of the bike is the owner’s responsibility.

In case of high occupancy on the train, the conductor may be required to deny access to a bike for safety reasons.
