Once your subscription is loaded onto your Pass Pass card, and before your journey, you need to validate your card.

How to validate my Pass Pass card ?

The Pass Pass service

Regional ticket machines are equipped with ticketing technology, and validators are installed at all stations.
7 Pass Pass points are available for travelers to get their Pass Pass card and subscribe to fare-based passes.

Any questions about the Pass Pass card?

  • There are several ticketing points available: Amiens, Calais-Ville, Creil, Lens, Lille Flandres, St Quentin, and Valenciennes.

  • We invite you to contact this number : 0 969 322 144 (crystal number, non-premium call cost).

  • To know if your card request has been processed, check if you have received the confirmation email.

  • Yes, visit one of the 7 ticketing points in the Hauts-de-France region, and your Pass Pass card will be given to you directly. (Amiens, Calais-Ville, Creil, Lens, Lille Flandres, St Quentin, and Valenciennes).

  • Go to the ticket counter at a station, where a customer service agent will offer you the best fare while you wait for your card.

  • No refund is available for TER tickets purchased between the card request and its reception.

  • In case of technical malfunction, visit a Pass Pass point. A customer service agent will check your card.

  • To travel on the ilévia network, your subscription must be loaded onto your Pass Pass card.

    You will also be able to access the turnstiles installed at metro stations.

  • In case of losing a card issued by TER, make sure your postal address is up to date at one of our seven ticketing points so we can return it to you if it is found at the station or on board.

  • You need to contact the issuing organization of your card.

    If you have a card issued by TER :
    In case of loss or theft of your Pass Pass card issued by TER, a duplicate is available online for a fee of €8.

    How does it work?

    • Within 15 days, I receive my new Pass Pass card loaded with any applicable rights and TER tickets. For my urban tickets (metro, bus, etc.), I go directly to the issuing agency.

    • Call the TER Hauts-de-France customer service at 0 805 50 60 70, Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 8 PM (free service and call): choose option 2 for TER Hauts-de-France, then choose option 3.
