The TER High Speed option
Some routes are available at high speed (GV) at TER prices. You will travel on TGVs known as TER GV. The option is €3 per journey. If you buy a ticket for a direct journey (without connections), you don't need the High Speed option, as it is already included in the cost of your ticket.

How can you find your proof of purchase ?
Whatever your purchase channel, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, which you should keep in order to load your card using the code or to reprint the card if necessary.

Can I benefit from my discount immediately when I buy my card ?
Yes, you can benefit from the -50% discount immediately, as long as you choose the immediate validity date (= on the day of purchase).
You must be in possession of your discount card and your identity document, which you will need to show during checks.
What discount do my accompanying persons get with Ma Carte TER?
Accompanying persons for Ma Carte TER aged 4 to 18 inclusive benefit from a 75% discount up to a maximum of 3 accompanying persons.
Do accompanying persons have to be related to the holder of the ? le card.
No, but accompanying persons must travel with the cardholder.
Is it possible to buy my Carte TER HDF ticket at a ticket office in one of the Grand-Est departments or in Normandy ?
No, it is not possible to buy your ticket at the Carte TER HDF fare at a ticket office in one of the Grand Est departments or in Normandy.
You must either buy your ticket in advance, at ticket offices or from ticket machines in Hauts-de-France Region stations, or buy your ticket online from this site, and online agencies.
How do I travel between Paris Est and Château Thierry ?
To travel between Paris Est and Château Thierry from 6 July, you will need a ticket with a compulsory reservation, which has been available free of charge since 10 April on SNCF Connect or another mobility app, at SNCF white terminals in stations or at ticket offices.
What sho uld I do if I lose my TER card ?
If you lose your TER card, you can request a duplicate at a cost of 8 euros.
