Rules for Traveling : The Essentials

Traveling in Compliance Guide

Before boarding a TER train, it is essential to have a VALID TICKET along with a VALID IDENTITY DOCUMENT*.

YOU CAN PURCHASE YOUR TICKET before boarding your TER.

You may be checked at any point during your journey. KEEP YOUR TICKET UNTIL YOU EXIT THE STATION.

Your subscription is valid for unlimited travel on the selected route at the time of purchase. For example, with a TER subscription between Lille and Lens via Libercourt, you can travel freely on the lines serving this route.

However, you cannot travel on the lines operating between Lille and Lens via Don-Sainghin.

Where can I buy my ticket ?

  • On this website and other online travel agencies

  • At the TER ticket counters

  • At the regional ticket vending machines

To be compliant: You must validate your Pass Pass card before each journey, before boarding the train

You must be able to present your valid ticket as well as your proof of discount.

Regularization fees

If you travel without a valid ticket and do not present yourself to a conductor, you may be required to pay :

  • €50 for a journey of less than 100 km
