Questions about your bike reservation?

  • The attractiveness of cycling in the region has resulted in record numbers of cyclists on Remi trains in 2022. However, in several situations, the promise of free bicycle access could not be kept. Customers had to transfer to another train or abandon their journey. The introduction of a compulsory paid reservation will guarantee a place for a bicycle and give customers, whether or not they are travelling with a bicycle, greater peace of mind.

  • As the number of bicycle places is limited, I make my reservation as soon as possible and preferably 48 hours before my travel date

  • No, there are no bicycle spaces in first class.

We advise you to travel in second class and reserve a place for your bicycle. We remind you that your bicycle remains your responsibility throughout your journey.

  • We invite you to renew your request.

If this does not work, please fill in an online complaint form.

  • Yes, if there is a connection between 2 Remi trains subject to reservation, one reservation per bike and per train is required.

  • Due to their size, trailers, tricycles, three-wheelers, carts, tandems, recumbents, cargo bikes and other large equipment are not accepted on board.

  • Bicycles with reservations have priority and must not interfere with train movements. We invite you to contact the train staff.

  • You must present yourself at the station or to the ticket inspector and show your confirmation email on the day of your journey.

  • You will receive your booking confirmation by email, together with your e-tickets to download.

You must go to the station or to the ticket inspector and show your confirmation email on the day of your journey.

  • You must have a valid bicycle reservation for the train you are travelling on.
Please note that if you are travelling with a folded bicycle or if your bicycle is dismantled and stored in a baggage compartment, you do not need a bicycle reservation.

We advise you to buy your bike reservation before buying your train ticket.

The bike reservation is exchangeable and refundable before the train departure time.

  • All tickets are valid for 1 day for the date indicated on the ticket for all Rémi or Rémi Express trains (except Flash and Flash+ fares), we invite you to transfer to another train and make a bike reservation on this one.
