My trip

Before my travel

As the number of bicycle places is limited, I make my reservation as soon as possible and preferably 48 hours before my travel date

I check the availability of bicycle places before buying my train ticket

The bike reservation is only valid on the train chosen at the time of purchase

The day I travelled

I arrive 20 minutes before the departure of the train and I label my bike with the reservation coupon printed beforehand at home.
I take off my bike's panniers.

I look for the bicycle pictogram on the train and place the bicycle in the dedicated space.

During my travel

For safety reasons, the bicycle must not interfere with the doors, emergency exits and areas reserved for people with reduced mobility.

In case of difficulty, please contact Rémi

Questions about your bike reservation?

  • The attractiveness of cycling in the region has resulted in record numbers of cyclists on Remi trains in 2022. However, in several situations, the promise of free bicycle access could not be kept. Customers had to transfer to another train or abandon their journey. The introduction of a compulsory paid reservation will guarantee a place for a bicycle and give customers, whether or not they are travelling with a bicycle, greater peace of mind.
