Good to know: TER tickets are valid for 1 day (except under specific conditions).

You can take another TER train/bus on the same day, as long as you respect the date, route and conditions of the fare purchased.

Go to a TER station ticket office.

Have you bought your ticket on the website of an approved travel agency?

  • Contact TER SUD:

    • Contact TER SUD, Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm on the freephone number: 0 800 11 40 23 (free service and call). Select choice 2 (for a TER journey) then 2 again (for an annual season ticket) to be put in touch with the Subscription Centre.
  • If you have any questions about the Pass ZOU!, the Southern Region has an exclusive telephone number to answer your request: 04 86 88 50 50. This telephone service is open from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

  • Contact the Safety/Security Pass Subscription Center, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, toll-free: 0800 511 833 (free call)
