Any questions about the "Pass Journée" (One-day Pass) ?

  • All One-day Passes are on sale on this website, at ticket offices, on Regional Ticket Dispensers in stations or on branch websites.

  • Board the TER of your choice, at any time, depending on the département(s) included in the offer chosen:

    The Day Pass is valid for 1 day.

    TGV and limited-access trains (Intercités) are prohibited.

  • - The Regional Pass (3 or 7 days) cannot be exchanged.

    - It is refundable up to the day before the day indicated for your journey.

    Refund: you must make the request to the channel on which you bought your ticket:

    - If you bought your ticket on the SNCF TER SUD website: Click here

    - If you bought your ticket at a station (ticket office or vending machine): ask for your ticket to be refunded at the station ticket office.

    - If you bought your ticket from an approved agency: please contact them
