Questions about ZOU! "One-trip ticket" for small groups ?

  • For a ZOU! "One-trip ticket" for small groups, purchased from "TER/SNCF" (ticket office, distributor or online), you can only travel on "TER/ZOU!" trains within the "SUD" region (including Monaco and Ventimiglia).

    Connections are only allowed on "TER" trains.

  • - The ticket is not exchangeable.

    - It is refundable up to the day before the day indicated for your journey, and if its purchase price is at least €5.

    Refunds: you must make your request through the channel on which you purchased your ticket:

    • You have bought your ticket on the "SNCF/TER SUD" website: Click here

    • You bought your ticket at a station (ticket office or vending machine): ask for your ticket to be refunded at the station ticket office.
